The following list of activities was prepared by a team of Maintenance and Operations experts with many years of experience in preparing for and executing major plant shutdowns. It was based on the requirements for a specific plant and should never be used in any other operations without careful review and revision to meet local requirements.
The list is extracted from an Excel spreadsheet where entering the starting date of the shutdown fills in the dates for all the other activities.
