Detail Planning – Add work steps

 

Listing the job steps takes very little time for an experienced Planner. The important point is to ensure that each step is small enough that you can “think through” all the things all the actions needed to complete the step, including materials, tools,equipment and special instructions. And don’t forget the “heads and tails” of the job – such as reading the work order, cleanup, returning tools, etc.
